Yesterday we were invited to a ranch about 10 miles away to skeet shoot. It was so much fun even if I chickened out in shooting. I had to watch the kids that was my excuse, but it really was because I haven't shot in awhile and I didn't want to miss all or most in front of everyone. Hubby and our friends did so good I think they only missed a couple. There was about 35-40 people shooting and they went thru 1400 skeet's in the 2 1/2 hours. I will be practicing for next month shoot.As we were taking the back road there we saw a herd of elk eating about 100 yards away. On the way home they were bedding down resting and here are a few pictures of them. Look at the 1st pictures see how many you count all the way up the hill.
