In Memory of a great dog "BUCKWHEAT"
Sweetie Pie & Buckwheat
Ethan & Buckwheat
Sweetie Pie & Buckwheat 4 YEARS AGO (taken by Jon)
Buckwheat started his life with my sister and husband about 13 years ago. About 5 years ago my brother was babysitting Buckwheat and decided he would like to keep him. My sister and husband agreed it was a good idea for him to live at the beach with my brother. My brother took Buckwheat everwhere he went. For the past few weeks Buckwheat's life at the age of 90+ was declining and the best thing for my brother to do was to make it less painfull for this sweet old dog. My brother took very great care of him and he will surely be missed by our whole family.Friday, October 2, 2009
Sweetie Pie's 5th Birthday

Wow I am so far behind on everything. Since I started working again I haven't had much time for anything. So, now that I have a few minutes I have better update my blog.Sweetie Pie turned 5 on September 24th. Grandma and Grandpa S. came from California for it. It was a great day for her. Grandma made cupcakes for her class and brought Grandpa for her little celebration in her class.
We wanted to only invite a few friends for both of the kids to go bowling on Sunday. I know Sunday right, but we couldn't go on Saturday because the owners had a funeral to attend in Denver on Saturday and shut down the bowling alley. Well it ended up that one of Sweetie Pie's friends was sick and the other the dad didn't know us so he didn't want her to go. ??? Rooster invited two of his friends too, but they ended up being with their dad's house on that weekend. In turn was only the 6 of us.
We had a great time despite no other kids coming. Sweetie Pie even beat me by a few pins. That's my girl. Love You Sweetie Pie hope you stay cute and sweet.
