Some guys that got stuck in the water

We went riding today. It was alot of fun again traveling thru the hills. We watched guys go thru the water and mud. Which he ended up stalling out, getting stuck and had to be towed out of the water. Fishing tomorrow without the boat because the lake is still a little frozen over, but it should be another adventure.

Deer by the house

The neighbor called us yesterday and said that there were some deer running 2 blocks away and toward the school. One unique thing about this is that out of the 9-10 deer 4-5 of them were bucks. You rarely see that many bucks together. We found them, but they were behind a few trees and didn't get a very good picture of all of them together. I also forgot my long lense. Mark is really looking forward to this hunting season. We should be hiking here soon because they should be dropping their antlers.

Field Trip to the Police Station

Sweetie Pie went on a field trip to the police station today. It was great for the young ones to listen what the police have to go thru day to day. We took the tour of the jail and even the holding cell's. The little ones didn't like the holding cell too much with all concrete (no bed) and the toilet was not much to look at either. The police officer really did a good job. I really respect what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

Our 11th year Ann. weekend

We had a great weekend during our 11 year anniversary. Saturday was our special day we just ran around with the kids. We borrowed a couple of extra quad's from friends on Sunday and dad took Rooster on the quad's while I stayed at home with Sweetie Pie because she wasn't feeling well at the time. But, then she was feeling better a few hours later and wanted to go and ride. The weather was nice, so I decided to put her in the car and head up to meet the boys. Up/down hills, and thru the mud we went. It was so much fun. Rooster is getting so good at riding his little 50 he went everywhere we went without getting scared. WoW big step for him. Sweetie Pie loved the ride so much that she had a smile on her face the whole time. The quad's ended up so full of mud that it took alot of money to spray them off. I also had alot of laundry to do as soon as we got home. I didn't get any pictures of this adventure. But, we will try and do it again next weekend.
